Why Me
The Lantern I Carry
because I’ve walked through the places where the path disappears.
I work with
frontier AI teams at Google — Cloud AI Data, DeepMind, and Gemini, learning how these systems think from the inside.
My time at Scale AI
showed me how human judgment becomes machine intelligence and why the world needs better AI guides.
But my real work began in Baku, in linguistics classrooms where I learned how humans create meaning and how language shapes who we become.
Between those two worlds — the softness of language and the precision of algorithms — I realized something simple:
AI has its own language.
And the world needs someone who can make that language feel human.
That became my calling: to carry a lantern into the world of AI and light the way for anyone who wants to walk with me.

I’ve spent my life chasing a different question:
How do we make knowledge belong to everyone — not just the lucky few?
Me
My name is Konul Kalantar, and my story begins far from Silicon Valley Tech companies and AI labs.
It begins in the quiet hallways of the Azerbaijan State University of Languages, where I earned my PhD studying two things that shape every human life:
How we learn.
How we make meaning.
My foundation was education.
My strength was communication.
My calling — though I didn’t yet know it — was bridging worlds that rarely speak to each other.
For years, I taught at leading universities in the region. My work was grounded, traditional, human. But life has a way of asking us to step into larger rooms.
And for me, that door opened when I moved to the United States.

The AI systems — GPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM — are our operational engines.
They co-create the content, structure the curriculum, and scale the workflows.
But the strategy, direction, and final calls are made by a human: me.
